Native Americans have been involved in the production of maple syrup and maple sugar for thousands of years. Join an Institute for American Indian Studies (IAIS) Staff Member for a sweet presentation in which they share the stories, history, and traditional methods of making this tasty treat, which has enriched the lives of people throughout the world.
