Mystery Author Talk with Katie Tietjen In-Person
Katie Tietjen is an award-winning writer, teacher, and school librarian. Her Edgar Award-nominated debut novel Death in the Details—inspired by the real-life mother of forensic science, Frances Glessner Lee—released in April 2024, and the second book in the series is slated for publication in fall 2025. A lifelong Connecticut resident, Katie loves reading, spending time with her husband and sons, and snuggling with their pets. Katie is an unrepentant tea snob, but otherwise a very nice person.
